Our mission is to guide and support the growth of strength, flexibility and confidence in children. By using the eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga as a guide we encourage and facilitate growth and learning in all aspects of life. Yoga guides us on the path to be content, explore life, manage energy and have fun.
Through the use of asana, breath work, story time, chanting, focus exercises and relaxation we teach children to condition the body, mind and spirit. Our classes nourish the roots of self-awareness to deepen the learning of joy, peace and compassion for all.
